We are fortunate to have many local food producers on the doorstep. Just around the corner there is Teifi Cheese combining creamy Welsh milk and Dutch cheese making expertise to create award winning cheeses (oh and they also make Gin!). A little further away there is Caws Cenarth, famed for their fresh flavoured, creamy Caerphilly cheese.

For meals out, within walking distance are the Ffostrasol Arms pub which offers great pub food and a very popular Sunday lunch (best to book) and La Calabria, an Italian family run restaurant.

Hop in the car to find an array of cafes and eateries nearby; Crwst in Newcastle Emlyn serve great coffee and amazing doughnuts! Cherry Picked farm shop and cafe along the coast road in Sarnau, the St Dogmaels café serving homemade lunches set in the stunning grounds of the ruined abbey. Pizza Tipi in Cardigan where wood fired, handmade pizza is served alongside Welsh craft beers on the edge of the river Teifi. Look out for the seasonal, pop-up eateries at the beaches along Cardigan bay.
